Sales · Closing

Closing conversations, that don't sound pushy.

If you only explain things in a conversation, you get an "I'll be in touch". I work on the structure: questions, objections, a clear decision – at the client's pace.

Sales · Closing

Where quotes stall.

The quote is out, no one is deciding

The customer has everything they need – and still nothing happens. Not because the price is too high.

The price suddenly becomes the issue

Once money comes up, the haggling starts. If you haven't asked the right questions beforehand, you're now negotiating over the only value the customer knows.

The follow-up is missing

A quote without a follow-up is a shot in the dark. After three days the reason has gone; after two weeks, the customer has too.

Approach

Structure, not pressure.

A closing conversation isn't about persuading. It's a process: clarify the reason, make the need visible, show the solution, take objections seriously, enable the decision. Follow these five steps and you don't need pressure.

We work with your real conversations: recordings, notes, quotes from the past few weeks. From that we build a process you can stick to under pressure – plus responses for the objections that always come up.

  • Conversation structure from the opening to the decision
  • Questions that reveal what the customer needs – rather than listing features
  • Handling objections with answers that fit your business
  • Bring the close in cleanly instead of waiting for a signal
  • Follow up with confidence, not discounts
  • Analysis: quotes, closes, and reasons for lost business
AI potential

AI could already be doing this work – exactly where, we find out on the call.

A conversation isn't a script. But the questions that lead to a close repeat themselves – and so do the objections.

How many quotes go out without any follow-up?

How can you tell in advance whether a quote is going to stall?

What does a quote cost you when it sits in your inbox untouched for three weeks?

Free AI potential analysis

No sales pitch. You get two or three places where the effort already pays off today – and an honest view of where it does not.

Result

What changes.

Decisions instead of silence

Quotes end with a yes, a no or a new appointment. Not with "not really going anywhere at the moment".

No reflex discounting

If you know what the client needs, you negotiate on scope and timing – not just on price.

Transparent conversion rate

Quotes and closes are tracked. You can see whether the problem is the conversation, the quote, or the follow-up.

Frequently asked questions

Answered briefly.

Isn't that manipulative?
No – as long as you're addressing a genuine need. Manipulation means inventing a need. Structure helps both sides reach a decision.
Does this work in the trades?
Yes. Usually the conversation is already happening – what's missing is the close: an appointment, a job, a signature, or a clear no.
How quickly do you see results?
Follow-up often has an effect within the first two weeks. Conversion rates take a month, until enough quotes have worked their way through.
Do you work with my team as well?
Yes. Individual sessions with you and a joint exercise with the team, so everyone follows the same process.
What do you need from me?
Three to five closed and three to five lost quotes with notes. Nothing more.

I know both sides: the workshop floor and the office. I understand how a ten-person business works and how larger companies set up their processes. That's exactly what I draw on when bringing AI into your day-to-day.

What sets me apart from traditional IT consultants: I start with the processes not the tool. And I stay until it works.

The difference: Most AI projects fail not because of the technology, but because of the order things are done in. We work out which process brings in the money first – then we automate exactly that.
