Sales · Training

Training that holds up in everyday work – not just in a training folder.

Two sessions, with practice in the real business in between: your team works with their own cases, their own customers, their own language.

Sales · Training

Why training doesn't stick.

After the training, real life begins

Two good days, then the same conversations as before. Without practice and follow-up, what you've learned disappears within two weeks.

Everyone sells differently

Four staff members, four approaches, four answers to the same question. The customer notices – and takes longer to decide.

New staff never really get it right

Going into a call without preparation means learning from other people's mistakes. A script costs less than three lost quotes.

Approach

Two sessions, with a real-world test in between.

We start by looking at where conversations break down: enquiry, quote, objection, follow-up. From that we build scripts for exactly those points – short enough to use day to day.

Then we practise: with real cases, in role play, on actual calls with coaching. Four weeks later we measure what has changed – and where there are still gaps.

  • Stocktake: where conversations break down, using your numbers
  • Two sessions with real-world practice in between
  • Scripts for enquiry, quote, objection and follow-up
  • Role play with your own real cases, not textbook examples
  • Review after four weeks: appointments, quotes, closed deals
  • Documentation that stays in the business and takes the pressure off onboarding new staff
AI potential

AI could already be doing this work – exactly where, we find out on the call.

Training only works if what you've learnt is there when you need it – not in a script, but in the moment of the conversation.

How quickly can a new member of staff handle calls confidently?

Where do people look things up instead of asking – and how often is the answer missing at that exact moment?

What if everyone on the team got the same answer, without searching through the manual?

Free AI potential analysis

No sales pitch. You get two or three places where the effort already pays off today – and an honest view of where it does not.

Result

What remains.

A single approach within the team

Everyone follows the same process. The customer gets the same response regardless of who picks up.

Learning from your own case

No textbook case study: this is about your customers, your objections, your prices.

Results measured

Four weeks later, we look at the same figures to see whether the training has made a difference.

Frequently asked questions

Answered briefly.

How large can the group be?
Up to six people. Beyond that, a workshop becomes a lecture – and then you don't need the training.
Online or in person?
Both. In person is better for role plays; online saves time. What matters is the practice in between, not the location.
How long does the whole thing take?
Two sessions of three hours each, two weeks of practice in between, then the follow-up measurement.
What do we need beforehand?
A list of your last ten enquiries with outcomes and, where available, the quotes attached to them.
Does this work for non-salespeople?
Especially then. Installers and office staff are often the ones having the conversation – without calling it sales.

I know both sides: the workshop floor and the office. I understand how a ten-person business works and how larger companies set up their processes. That's exactly what I draw on when bringing AI into your day-to-day.

What sets me apart from traditional IT consultants: I start with the processes not the tool. And I stay until it works.

The difference: Most AI projects fail not because of the technology, but because of the order things are done in. We work out which process brings in the money first – then we automate exactly that.
