Marketing · Website

A website that gets found – and not just looks good.

Fast load times, one page per service, search terms your customers actually use. And after that, a website you can maintain yourself.

Marketing · Website

Three reasons why no one finds a good-looking site.

The page loads too slowly

Every extra second costs you visitors. On mobile, that's what decides whether someone stays or goes back to the search results.

The search term is missing from the title

Your page says "Services". People search for "heat pump Hüllhorst". Nobody connects the two – except your competition.

One page for everything

As long as all your services sit on one page, Google can't show any of them as the best answer. So it shows someone else's page instead.

Approach

Search first, then the page.

I don't start with the design. I start by looking at what people actually search for: terms from your real enquiries, your area, your trade. The structure follows from that – one page per service, one location, one goal.

The technical side matters, but it's not an end in itself: load time, mobile view, structured data, clean links. You end up with a site that's yours — with full access and a guide for keeping it up to date.

  • Search terms from real enquiries, not wishful thinking
  • A dedicated page for each service and location, with titles and copy matched to the search term
  • Load time in check: images, fonts and unnecessary scripts stripped out
  • Structure Google understands: headings, structured data, sitemap
  • One goal per page – call, appointment, or enquiry, not all at once
  • Handover with access credentials, a brief walkthrough and a maintenance guide
AI potential

AI could already be doing this work – exactly where, we find out on the call.

A page is not an end in itself: it should generate enquiries. That is exactly where AI comes in – before the first visitor has even written a word.

Which texts do you still write by hand today, even though they come straight from your own documents?

How many enquiries come through the site – and how many of them go unanswered?

What would it take for your website to work for you even at night?

No sales pitch. You get two or three places where the effort already pays off today – and an honest view of where it does not.

Result

What you end up with.

Measured, not claimed

Search Console shows which terms actually bring traffic. I don't decide on gut feeling.

Pages with a single purpose

Every service page has a purpose and a button. No visitor ends up in a dead end.

You stay independent

All logins, texts and images belong to you. No subscription that ties you to an agency.

Frequently asked questions

Answered briefly.

How long does it take for the site to show up on Google?
Technically, it gets indexed within a few days of submission. Good rankings take months — depending on competition and your area. I tell you that upfront rather than painting a rosier picture.
Can you take over my existing site?
Yes. If the structure holds up, it stays. Usually titles, page layout and the technical side are brought up to scratch without rebuilding everything from scratch.
Do I need paid ads on top of that?
Not necessarily. First the foundation: pages that get found and a profile that builds trust. We can talk about ads after that – if at all.
Who writes the copy?
I write these with you, from what you say in your day-to-day work. No filler, no marketing language, no made-up numbers.
What happens after go-live?
We measure again four weeks later: which pages are being found and where enquiries are coming from. Anything that isn't working gets changed.

I know both sides: the workshop floor and the office. I understand how a ten-person business works and how larger companies set up their processes. That's exactly what I draw on when bringing AI into your day-to-day.

What sets me apart from traditional IT consultants: I start with the processes not the tool. And I stay until it works.

The difference: Most AI projects fail not because of the technology, but because of the order things are done in. We work out which process brings in the money first – then we automate exactly that.
